유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 다음과 같이 민간모금팀의 대면모금 담당직원 (인사  행정) 모집합니다.  

 

I. 업무개요 

대면모금 담당 직원은 대면모금 인하우스프로그램을 위한 인사 전략 수립과 관련된 절차를 개발관리  모니터링하는 업무와 제반 행정 업무를 담당합니다.

 

II. 담당업무

대면모금 담당 직원(인사  행정)으로서 다음과 같은 업무를 수행합니다.

 

인하우스 대면모금 인사 관리

1. 대면모금활동가의 채용 업무 진행 (서류심사면접 선발전형 진행);

2. 인하우스 대면모금 활동가 채용에 관한 문의 응대;

3. 대면모금활동가 오리엔테이션  인덕션 진행;

4. 대면모금활동가 제반 인사 기록 관리  급여휴가  복리후생 관리;

5. 대면모금활동관련 규정 복무규정 준수에 관한 모니터링  필요시 관련 교육 진행;

6. 대면모금 프로그램의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 채용추이조사  시장급여조사 시행;

7. 대면모금활동가 채용 결과 분석  개선 전략 제안;

8. 대면모금활동가 관련예산  비용 관리;

 

행정

9. 관련 규정을 준수하여 대면 모금 부서  제반 구매업무 지원 (견적입찰 관련문서 관리 );

10. 대면모금활동가의 소액 경비 지출 관리;

11. 기타 효율적 행정지원담당;

 

기타

12. 대면모금 매니저에게 업무 결과  진행 상황 종합 보고;

13. 민간모금팀 전반적 업무 지원;

14. 기타 요청되는 업무수행.

 

III. 응시자격 

1. 경영학비서학과마케팅 또는 커뮤니케이션 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자 우대

2. 학사 학위가 없는 경우, 5년간의 관련 분야 경력 소지자 

3. 해당분야 최소 2 경력 소지자 – 인사 관리행정구매데이터 분석  모금 분야의 경력자 우대

4. 훌륭한 의사소통 능력을 가진 

5. 원활한 대인관계능력을 가진 

6. 분석  관리능력을 가진 

7. 경청  프레젠테이션능력을 가진 

8. 동시다발적으로 여러 프로젝트를 관리할  있는 능력을 가진 

9. 새로운 시스템에 빨리 적응하고 개선된 효율성을 발휘할  있는 능력을 가진 

10. 유창한 한국어  영어구사 능력을 가진  (서면  구두

 

IV. 계약 기간

3개월 수습기간 후업무 성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장

 

V. 채용 일정

1. 서류 접수: 2019 7 05 () ~ 7  18 ()

2. 서류 전형 합격자 발표: 2019 7 19 () ~ 7 26 ()

3. 인터뷰  테스트: 2019 7 29 () ~ 8 02 ()

** 인터뷰 영어 테스트 진행 예정

4. 최종 합격자 발표: 2019 8 

5.  출근 예정일: 2019 8 ~ 9 

** 부득이할 경우 합격자의 상황에 따라  출근일 변경고려

Vacancy Notice for Position of Private Sector Partnerships Assistant (F2F Support)

UNHCR Representation in the Republic of Korea

 

 

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of Private Sector Partnerships Assistant (F2F Support).

 

I. Summary of Position   

The Private Sector Partnerships Assistant will be responsible for developing, administrating, and monitoring a workforce planning strategy and associated processes for the In-house Face-to-Face fundraising program as well as performing administrative duties.

 

II. Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will perform the following duties:

 

Human Resources for the In-house Face-to-Face Workforce

1. Prepare and participate in recruitment process of In-house Face-to-Face Fundraisers to fill vacant positions, including application review, interview, test, etc.;

2. Respond to external inquiries regarding the In-house Face-to-Face program recruitment; 

3. Conduct new Face-to-Face fundraiser orientation and induction;

4. Keeps record of performance reviews, promotions, warnings, and terminations and perform benefits administration including leave and payroll;

5. Monitor adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and code of conduct and coordinate relevant trainings when needed;

6. Monitor external recruitment activities and conduct salary surveys to ensure competitiveness of UNHCR’s Face-to-Face program;

7. Analyse recruitment results and suggest strategies for improvement;

8. Handle budget and manage cost associated with In-house Face-to-Face workforce operations; 

 

Administration

9. Assist in procurement processes for Face-to-Face activities including the preparation of RFQs or RFPs, receipt of quotations, bids or proposals in compliance with the procurement standards and rules;

10. Review and monitor small budget expenses of In-house Face-to-Face Fundraisers;

11. Ensure other effective administrative supports are in place;

 

Other

12. Report on the results and work progress to the Face-to-face Fundraising Manager in a professional manner;

13. Give support for UNHCR’s private sector fundraising work as a team member;

14. Perform other duties as required.

 

III. Required Qualifications  

1. University degree in preferably Business, Secretary Administration, Marketing, or Communication

2. In lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant work experience

3. At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, administration, procurement, data analysis, and fundraising is preferred

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Strong interpersonal skills

6. Analytical and management skills

7. Excellent listening and presentation skills

8. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

9. Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency

10. Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken)

 

IV. Duration of Contract 

Three-month probationary period with a possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance

 

V. Recruitment Schedule

2.  Notification of selected candidates: Friday, 19 July 2019 ~ Friday, 26 July 2019

3.  Interview with tests: Monday, 29 July 2019 ~ Friday, 02 August 2019

   ** Interview will include English test.

4. Announcement of final selection:  August 2019

5. Scheduled first working date: August 2019 or September 2019

 If necessary, scheduled first working day may be negotiated for the selected candidate.
