Digital Fundraising Officer(-7/22)
l Engage and recruit a large pool of committed individual supporters to ensure the continued growth of the Korea office; development of a strong Korean conservation programme and support of our international conservation programmes.
l Develop stable and reliable fundraising channels with strong and diverse income streams.

Major Functions of the Position
l Develops, executes and evaluates all digital fundraising efforts in collaboration with other digital team members and under the supervision of the Director and in close collaboration with other channels and teams throughout the organization.
l Creates and executes a strategy and campaigns to reach viable prospects and convert them into loyal members based on targeting, analysis, and optimization. Maximize member conversions at the lowest cost possible.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director, and in close collaboration with others in WWF-Korea, the digital officer supports in setting fundraising and marketing objectives develop and implement strategies and activities to achieve fundraising goals and objectives.
l Design and build a strategic plan and structure of digital marketing and digital fundraising
l Develop, execute and evaluate digital campaigns for fundraising events to meet objectives, using appropriate channels from the digital marketing mix (including email, social media, website, search engine optimization, digital advertising, other platforms, etc.)
l Analyze data, locate trends and optimize plans to improve digital marketing/fundraising operations and resource generation.
l Manage all aspects of digital fundraising, from planning to partner agencies, media outlets or media buying
l Manage and develop a strategy for fundraising sections of the website; develop content, creative and campaigns to engage and convert supporters; a/b testing.
2. Creative New Channel & Campaign
l Work closely with all fundraising officers and other teams to define and align the digital objectives with our organizational goals, support to devise a diverse multi-channel strategy to achieve these goals
l Creative, develop, execute and evaluate digital advertising campaign to support WWF-Korea’s income targets and KPIs.
l Regularly track and report on results and recommend ways to optimize and improve performance on an ongoing basis
l Review new technologies and keep WWF-Korea at the forefront of developments in digital.
Qualification & Experience
Required Skills & Experience
l Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
l 2 or more years of fundraising work experience in NGOs and/or corporation with experience in online advertising, sales or business process management including strategy development and proposal negotiation.
l At least two years of experience in paid and organic social including identifying target audiences and developing, implementing and evaluating paid digital campaigns
l At least two years of experience in website development, management and analysis (CMS, Google analytics)
l At least two years of experience in performance marketing, conversion, and customer acquisition.
l Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
l Strong analytical, problem solving and creative thinking skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
l Superior time management skills and ability to deliver on time and on budget.

l At least two years of experience in multiple agency management and working with external suppliers to deliver projects.
