Qualifications/special skills
- Academic Qualifications: Advanced degree in public policy, international development, administration, ICT for development, economics or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in conducting research, project implementation, communication, or related area; experience working in the field of ICT for development would be an asset.
- Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills also required.
