유엔난민기구 한국대표부에서는 다음과 같이 민간파트너십팀의 인사/행정업무 담당직원 모집합니다.   

 

I. 업무개요   

인사  행정업무 담당 직원은 전반적인 인사, 행정, 재무관련 지원 업무 담당합니다.  

 

II. 담당업무  

인사  행정업무 담당 직원으로서 다음과 같은 업무를 수행합니다.  

 

1. 민간파트너십 채용공고 게시; 

2. 지원서 접수 및 정리;  

3. 면접관련 업무 진행;  

4. 신규직원 입사서류 및 오리엔테이션 자료 준비; 

5. 계약서 관리 업무 담당; 

6. 민간파트너십 인턴십관련 업무 담당;  

7. 출장 및 인사관련 행정업무 담당;  

8. 비용처리 업무지원 담당; 

9. ICT 업무지원담당; 

10. 기타 행정업무 담당; 

 

III. 응시자격  

1. 경영학, 비서학과, 마케팅 또는 커뮤니케이션 관련 분야 학사 학위 소지자 우대 

2. 학사 학위가 없는 경우, 5년간의 관련 분야 경력 소지자   

3. 해당분야 최소 2년 경력 소지자 – 인사 관리, 행정, 재무분야 경력자 우대  

4. 훌륭한 의사소통  원활한 대인관계 능력 가진 자  

5. 디테일에 강한 업무처리 능력을 가진 자 

6. 동시다발적으로 여러 프로젝트를 관리할 수 있는 능력을 가진 자 

7. 새로운 시스템에 빨리 적응하고 효율적 업무 능력 보유자 

8. 유창한 한국어 및 영어구사 능력을 가진 자 (서면 및 구두)   

  

IV계약 기간  

3개월 수습기간 후 업무 성과에 따라 연간단위로 계약 연장  

 

V. 채용 일정  

1. 서류 접수: 2019 11 3 () 

2. 서류 전형 합격자 발표: 2019 11 4 (월) ~ 11 8 () 

3. 인터뷰 및 테스트: 2019 11 11 () ~ 11 18 () 

* 인터뷰 , 영어 테스트 진행 예정 

4. 최종 합격자 발표: 2019 11  

5.  출근 예정일: 2019 12  

** 단, 부득이할 경우 합격자의 상황에 따라 첫 출근일 변경고려

Vacancy Notice for Position of PSP Assistant (HR/Admin)  

UNHCR Representation in the Republic of Korea 

 

 

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Representation in the Republic of Korea is inviting applications for a position of PSP Assistant (HR/Admin). 

 

I. Summary of Position    

The PSP Assistant (HR/Admin) will be responsible for overall HR, Finance and general administrative tasks.  

 

II. Duties and Responsibilities  

The incumbent will perform the following duties:  

 

1. Place recruitment advertisement for all applicable websites for PSP positions recruitments; 

2. Collect applications and make draft summary of candidates to forward to responsible HR personnel for review and completion in a timely manner 

3. Prepare logistics for conducting interviews 

4Collect and check required  and prepare induction package for new joiners; 

5Provide necessary administrative support in handling UNOPS contracts + beneficiary forms after sign off; 

6PSP Internship management support: Internship positions advertisement, collecting applications, arrange interviews, and other logistics preparation as required to manage internship; 

7. Assist in official business travel arrangements and other HR related admin tasks; 

8Assist in preparing payment requests; 

9. ICT support tasks undertaking; 

10. Perform general HR/Admin related duties as required;  

 

IIIRequired Qualifications   

1. University degree in preferably Business, Human Resources, Secretary Administration, Marketing, or Communication  

2. In lieu of degree, 5 years of relevant work experience 

3. At least 2 years of work experience in human resources, administration and finance is preferred 

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

5. Strong attention to detail skills 

6. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently 

7. Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency  

8. Fluency in Korean and English (both written and spoken) 

 

IV. Duration of Contract  

Three-month probationary period with a possibility to extend contract on a yearly basis depending upon her/his satisfactory performance 

 

V. Recruitment Schedule   

1. Application submission: Sunday3 November 2019  

2. Notification of selected candidates: Monday, 4 November ~ Friday8 November 2019 

3. Interview with tests: Monday11 November ~ Monday18 November 2019 

* Interview will include English test. 

4. Announcement of final selection: November 2019  

5. Scheduled first working date: December 2019 

** If necessary, scheduled first working day may be negotiated for the selected candidate.

5. Candidates who are short-listed will be required to provide contact information for three referees, not related to the candidate, who have knowledge of the candidate’s qualifications, character and work history
