OFFICER, MEMBER ENGAGEMENT (-7/6)
l Engage and recruit a large pool of committed individual supporters to ensure the continued growth and sustainability of the Korea office; development of a strong Korean conservation program and support of our international conservation programs.
l Develop a suite of cost-efficient and stable fundraising channels with growing income streams from donors will who continue to give in the long term.
l Build and strengthen relationships with regular and one-off members so they are engaged, participate in our programs and are poised to become our biggest and most loyal champions
Major Functions of the Position
l Retain donors and manage income from individual donors. This position is responsible for improving the donor’s lifetime value for WWF-Korea’s conservation program with sustainable financial support. Under the guidance of donor retention strategies, this position manages the day-to-day of the donor care program.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
l Donor service quality & payment management
1. Manage donor care tasks including inbound and outbound services for donor care service through phone, e-mail, mobile texts, mail, etc.
2. Manage outsourced vendors for donor care to improve their performances and service quality.
3. Lead regular CS training sessions for fundraising team and vendors to improve understanding about WWF and its activities so they can provide better donor care service.
4. Implement day-to-day operations requested from donors in a timely manner.
5. Monitor donor communication tasks to manage donor service quality and the donor’s lifetime value.
6. Manage billing and payment processes to facilitate monthly donations
l Database management and operation
l Donor Engagement Program
l Analysis and Reporting
l Support and develop donor stewardship program and activities, including but not limited to monthly panda mail, events, mailings, etc.
Qualification & Experience
l Experiences to use CRM software and MS Office
l Strong in data analysis, communication skill
l Developing strategies and idea visualizing skill
l Solid experience in one or more areas in retention program: donor care, donor communication, and donor marketing
l Vendor management and communication (call center)
l Ability to work in a team and foster team spirit.
l Strong in Korean and English communication
l Strong commitment to environment and nature conservation.
l Preferred +5 years’ experiences in NGO/NPO fundraising.
l Strong commitment to our mission.

Work with member engagement team as a team member, collaborate closely with the fundraising team, finance, communication, administration teams. Collaborate with the conservation team and other relevant colleagues in the network. Realize that some components of assigned work or the work of others, within or outside JD, may require teamwork at various levels.
