Qualifications/special skills:

ㅇ Academic Qualifications: Equivalent to the first level of a university degree in public policy, international development, administration, economics, or a related field.

ㅇ Experience: Experience in conducting research, project administration, or related area; experience working in the field of Development or ICT for Development would be an asset.

ㅇ Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English and Korean.
