QUALIFICATIONS

A Master’s degree in business, agriculture ,forestry, or related field or
A Bachelor’s degree with additional years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in lieu of the Master’s degree
At least 7 years professional experience in supporting investment opportunities in the forest, agriculture, and land use sector


FUNCTIONAL

Experience within sustainability and/or climate change in the land use sector
Experience in working with public sector, private sector, and civil society in action plan support, capacity building, training and policy development
Experience managing a variety of stakeholders, including internal, external, donors, and consultants
Project delivery experience, including managing the delivery of results on time and on budget
Proficient in English (written and verbal abilities)
Experience designing and implementing agriculture, forestry, and land-use, as well as community-based and participatory development (PD) projects is preferable
