This position is located in the independent Office of Administration of Justice (OAJ) in the registry supporting the United Nations Appeals Tribunal (UNAT) at the UNAT seat in New York. The incumbent will report to the Registrar of the UNAT as the First Reporting Officer and the Principal Registrar as the Second Reporting Officer.

The UNAT is the appeals tribunal of the internal justice system. The UNAT reviews appeals, conducts hearings, issues orders, and renders binding final judgments.
