APCEIU Job Opportunities

Asia-Pacific Centre of Education for International Understanding (APCEIU) under the auspices of UNESCO is a UNESCO Category 2 Ccentre, working for UNESCO Member States to promote Education for International Understanding (EIU) and Global Citizenship Education (GCED) towards a Culture of Peace. The Centre was established in 2000 according to the Agreement between UNESCO and the Government of the Republic of Korea.

APCEIU is seeking to hire a Programme Specialist to contribute to the global and regional programmes in the area of Global Citizenship Education.

Overview of the post

○ Post Title: Programme Specialist

○ Employment Ttype: Regular, full-time position

○ Compensations and Bbenefits: In accordance with the APCEIU’s Salary Regulations

○ Workplace: APCEIU (120, Saemal-ro, Guro-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea)

○ Expected Employment date of work Start Date: 28 September 2020 (subject to change, depending on visa issuance process)

가. 한국을 제외한 아시아태평양 유네스코 회원국 국적인 

나. 석사학위 이상 학위 소지자 (2020년 8월 졸업예정자 포함)

다. 영어에 능통하면서 한국어 의사소통이 가능한 자

3. 근무조건

가. 신분 : 정규직

나. 대우 : 자체 보수 규정 적용

다. 근무지 : 아태교육원(서울시 구로구 소재) 주 근무

라. 임용예정일 : 2020년 9월 28일 (잠정, 비자발급 상황에 따름) ※ 임용일로부터 1년간 수습기간
