Job Role
The incumbent is a seasoned professional and actively contributes to and/or supervises the planning and organization of the formal and informal meetings of IFAD’s Governing Bodies, promotes positive relations with Member States and potential Member States, managing representatives’ credentials, participation in meetings and engaging in strategic outreach. Within their area of responsibility, the incumbent exercises a high degree of independence in adapting policies, approaches and models to meet evolving requirements. The incumbent provides policy advice and makes strategic recommendations on the work of the unit to both the Chief, IGMR and the Secretary of IFAD.
