DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct supervision of the Risk and Quality Management Officer, and the overall guidance of the Chief of Planning, Foresight and Performance Office, the incumbent will perform the following duties:

Project Management
(a) Coordinate business processes-related projects (e.g. on enhancing knowledge and data management) from initiation through successful completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget;

(b) Develop project plans and facilitate project execution, including risk assessment and mitigation;

(c) Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on business requirements and technical solutions as well as ensure alignment and effective communication;Translate process owners' requirements to tasks for IT development, conduct UAT campaigns and coordinate backlog;

(d) Prepare regular project updates, reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders;

(e) Support capacity-building efforts of the Organization by providing guidance and training to support project implementation.

Business Analysis
(a) Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational and operational data on processes performance monitoring, risk management and business continuity to identify trends, insights, risks and areas for improvement;

(b) Develop comprehensive tion, business cases and feasibility studies to guide strategic decision-making;

(c) Engage in workshops, meetings and interactive sessions with stakeholders;

(d) Carry out other duties, as required.
