5. 업무 내용

 

- Support the team in enhancing donor visibility
and promoting UNICEF& #39;s advocacy messages by gathering and organizing
information for key stakeholders and media.

- Collect visibility materials such as press
releases, high-resolution images, human interest stories, social media posts,
B-roll footage, and interviews.

- Organize and maintain a database or library of
collected materials for easy access and future use.

- Track and manage UNICEF country offices& #39;
visibility materials through Notion, ensuring content is organized and
accessible for internal use.

- Review and curate collected materials, ensuring
they meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.

- Update and maintain the PPR Seoul office& #39;s
website ( www.unicef.org/gok ) and social media accounts as needed.

- Support the conceptualization, planning,
coordination, execution, digital content creation, and monitoring and
evaluation of digital initiatives.

- Apply working knowledge of design and editing
tools, including Canva, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite, along with basic
video editing skills to support the creation of visual and multimedia content.

- Assist in translating UNICEF messages, press
releases, and other publications.

- Assist in coordinating tasks related to
high-level visits from UNICEF headquarters, regional offices, and country
offices.

- Provide logistical support for events,
consultations, and workshops, including coordinating bookings and managing
schedules.

- Help monitor press coverage related to
Government of Korea-funded humanitarian grants, children& #39;s rights, and domestic
issues in both South and North Korea.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the
supervisor.

 

6. 공통 자격요건

 

[일반사항] 

- 만 19세 이상 만 34세 이하 대한민국 국적을 가진 미취업자
(단, 군필자는 해당 법률에 따라 연령 연장)

※ 제대군인지원에 관한 법률 제16조 1항에 의거 제대군인에 대한 채용시험 응시연령 상한을 다음 각 호와 같이 연장함

▷ 2년 이상의 복무기간을 마치고 전역한 제대군인:
만 37세

 ▷ 1년 이상 2년 미만의 복무기간을
마치고 전역한 제대군인: 만 36세

▷ 1년 미만의 복무기간을 마치고 전역한 제대군인:
만 35세 

- KOICA 개발협력 사업수행기관 YP로 근무한 경험이 없는 자 

 

[우대사항]

사회적배려층(국가보훈대상자,
장애인, 고졸자, 저소득층, 북한이탈주민, 다문화가정, 지방인재, 자립준비청년(舊보호종료아동))

KOICA ODA 자격증 보유자 우대 

 

[기타사항]

- 사업수행기관 YP 기 참여자 재지원 불가능

※ KOICA 영프로페셔널 사업 (유형 ①개발협력 사업수행기관
YP,②KOICA 해외사무소/재외공관 YP) 유형별 각 1회에 한해 참여 가능(기재부 지침에 따라
매년 상이할 수 있음)

 

7. 급여

 

[활동지원비]

ㅇ 2026년 활동지원비(2026.11.1.-12.31.): 220만원

ㅇ 2027년 활동지원비(2027.1.1.-5.31.): 228만원

ㅇ 경비지급주체: KOICA 개발협력인재사업실

ㅇ 4대보험 가입 미지원
